Dear reader,
one important step to improve the efficiency of the purification and conversion of sugars from the hemicelluloses fraction of lignocellulosic biomass into new bio-based resins is the intensification of the catalytic conversion.
In this newsletter, we want to present the current status of the development of robust predictive models for catalyst composition and performance through a combination of Machine learning (ML) and high throughput (HTP) catalyst development methods. Further, we would like to introduce our two project partners of the University of Newcastle and Analisis-DSC and the people behind the work.
